Science and technology have caught up with our group’s collective aspirations. Renewable energy is no longer a dream. Reducing Hawaiʻi’s dependence on imported fossil fuels is possible today.

We’ve collectively invested resources to explore the possibilities of renewable fuels production in our state. We’re investing in technology and processing units. We’ve also conducted research on locally grown plants that yield oil that can be converted into renewable fuels. And we’re advocating for government policies that encourage and support our efforts.

As a result of our collective efforts, we believe we are at the cusp of a major breakthrough in the production of locally produced sustainable aviation fuel and other renewable fuels.
